As a real estate professional, I am SELLING HOMES. By that I mean I am MATCHING THE SELLERS' and BUYERS' REAL ESTASTE NEEDS, so that a purchase of A HOME will happen.

I specialize in REO and SHORT SALES and will be happy to provide you with a BPO, or Broker Price Opinion with the market value of a home and my recommendations.

TRADITIONAL SALES, that are not lender-owned, might also require BPOs and I am happy to help these Sellers evaluate the market and their competition as accurately as possible using tools available to lenders.

I use MAXIMUM MARKETING for every listing, traditional or lender owned.
All of this let my listings stand out and sell within shorter than average local DOM (days on the market).

When I represent BUYERS I use my detailed knowledge of the area and the REO process to their benefit when researching and generating the best deals for the money, the type of loan and within the time they have on their hands. So, if you are looking for A DEAL I will be happy to find you A MATCH.
